Do i need permits for my project?
The answer to this question is completely up to the client. Some of our clients wish to go the permit route while others do not. However, we do both.
Approximately how long will my project take?
The duration of a project completion is often based on the complexity and scheduling of the project. Project completion estimates are given to the client with their quotes.
Are the Pergolas and Outdoor Kitchens Pre-Made or Customized?
All of the Shade Structures (Pergolas) and outdoor kitchens are completely customizable and designed how the client wants.
How does the permitting process go if i chose to go that route?
The first step is to talk to one of our team members. Then, we gather all necessary documents to give to our engineers. After that we submit paperwork to the city/county. Once approved, the project starts.
What does the process from A-Z look like?
First, we talk inspiration and needs. Then, our team designs. Finally, we start the project.
Do you install lighting features and fans to the pergolas?
Yes, we do and all of the electrical work as well.
